Talent Reel recently engaged with a company that was coming off a lackluster experience with a specialty recruiting firm. The firm had worked to fill 10-15 roles over four months but filled only about half of the open positions.
They hit a wall. The firm explained that the local market was well tapped and said they would have to look for talent on the other side of the country. But the client was adamant about hiring people in state.
Two weeks into our relationship with the same company, we had three offers out to promising candidates who lived in their state.
